If you are purchasing the products contained within this site for domestic or personal use, then you have the rights and remedies under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Prices

All Prices on Betterbuys.co.nz are quoted in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and exclude 15% GST. We aim to keep prices on the site updated but we do reserve the right to vary our prices without notice.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cheque or Direct Debit by arrangement. If you prefer, you may send your credit card information via fax or mail. 
 

Warranty

All goods are covered by the manufacture's warranty, unless otherwise specified. The length of a Warranty varies from item to item.  

Returns

In all cases, first e-mail BetterBuys New Zealand to discuss the return and where appropriate obtain a Return Authority number. Return product must be accompanied with original packaging, contents and invoice. We will replace defective products, provided they are defective and not because you have changed your mind. Betterbuys needs to be notified within 7 days.

Please understand that once you place your order, we then make arrangements with our suppliers for delivery of that product. Therefore, once we have confirmed arrangements with our supplier, your order cannot be cancelled.  

Who pays for freight if I return a product?

In most cases, freight charges for returns are your responsibility. However, if you are returning an item because it arrived damaged or there was an error processing your order, Betterbuys.co.nz will reimburse you upon receiving a receipt for frieght.

Freight and Delivery

Betterbuys.co.nz charges varies depending on the item.  We reserve the right to ship the item by the means we best see fit. Depending on which method has been used shipping can take from 1 - 10 days.  No pick up facilities available.

All prices on the Betterbuys.co.nz website are quoted in New Zealand Dollars

Customs

You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

All information entered in Betterbuys.co.nz  web site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be distributed to any third party under any circumstances. From time to time we may send you product information (including special offers) via email or post. If at any time in the future you wish to remove your name from our customer list you need only to ask. As required by the Privacy Act 1993 you may also check and correct the accuracy of personal details at any time.
